Needed a place for lunch while in Tampa..it can be hard to find places to eat with gluten free options. This place had good reviews for gf options. The service was great. My server knew what celiac disease was and she was very helpful.

We drove 1 hour to eat here because the online reviews said great gluten free options. Only to find out there is no seating area, no inside dining and no gluten free options. Do better

FANTASTIC BACON BURGER!! Chill environment, kind staff, indoor & outdoor seating. They offer gluten free & lettuce buns, too! Highly recommend for a quick meal!

I love The Poke Company! The ingredients are always fresh & have a great selection of proteins and toppings that accommodate my gluten allergy. The portions are generous and everything is super flavorful! The staff is excellent and the establishment is so clean. Can’t wait to go back!

My sisters and I fought over the last protein brownie!! They were soooo yummy! The place is super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had also tried the peanut butter protein cookies which were quite filling and made of healthy ingredients (gluten free). We can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend ProteinHouse as oppose to all the unhealthy choices in the area.
