I’ve eaten here before and it was a much better experience. We always check for a gluten free menu as my husband has celiac. Henry’s has a very extensive gf menu online. I called and confirmed it was still valid. What I didn’t think to ask, and no one told me, is that it isn’t available on Sundays as they will only serve from their brunch menu. It was my birthday and we were meeting 6 of my family so we stayed but my husband only had ice tea and the whole thing was awkward. I’d love to say my meal was awesome, but it was over seasoned and overcooked (I had the lobster special) and I have never left lobster on my plate and never thought I would. My sisters’ all said the grits were bland (supposed to be spicy) but were edible with the addition of butter and salt. I told them it was my birthday, and ordered the bread pudding but they didn’t bring it out with a candle so my family could sing happy birthday to me. Altogether a disappointment.

They offered a pup cup for our dogs when we went through the drive through. The dogs were very happy. They also offer alternatives for gluten free.

This was my 1st time there, we were passing thru Georgia. We had a party of 7.. which included vegan and a gluten free needs. It was very busy but they happily accomodated us. It was a family reunion.. and it was closing time but they happily let us linger just a bit while they prepared for closing around us. We will be recommending this place to our fellow travelers for sure! In such a busy world it was a delicious breath of fresh air. Thank you!
