My family decided to give this place a chance even though we are vegan and gluten free. The wait was 2+ hours to be seated. When we were seated our table wasn't clean, it was caked with sauces and stuff. I cleaned our table and chairs and the cloth was nasty. We were hungry so we stayed, but we didn't get our food for another 1.5 hours. Luckily there was a bean bag toss to keep the kids (and let's be honest adults) busy. They ran out of crayons and coloring paper.
When the food finally came out, they had cross contaminated the vegan gluten free pizza with the non vegan pizza and my daughter and I got really sick.
Needless to say, if you have food allergies, don't go there. We learned our lesson the hard way.
Edit: we had a problem with a visit awhile back that I brought to management's attention and I am updating my review today based on that.
They were very responsive and took responsibility for the situation and provided a nice incentive for us to return and try them again. We went today and had a great experience. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server shortly thereafter. They have a great gluten free menu that includes tasty crispy baked fries and a gluten-free bun for any of their hamburger offerings. We enjoyed a nice meal. I love the way they serve their soft drinks in frosty mugs. I'm happy to give them five stars and look forward to returning again in the future. Yes, it is a little expensive. But all things considered it's a place I will be happy to visit from time to time. Also, the floats are enormous! We will be back to try those out.
We love coming here! It's a very family friendly restaurant. Their menu has so many good things to choose from and they have a separate gluten-free menu with so many options. The food is always delicious and the service is great! We always ask for Sherry- she's the best server!
We've been here probably 4 times in the last 6 months and the food is outstanding. We've always loved the pizza - possibly one of our favorites. And, we learned that the gluten free pizza might just be even better than the regular crust - a real bonus for our Celiac!
The roasted chicken Caesar is also fantastic as is the spaghetti and meatballs.
