My husband asked if the bite of his steak that he shared with me was good. I told him that every bite of the entire meal was delicious! Friendly, accommodating staff. Our server, Taylor, was awesome! I did have to ask them to print out a gluten free menu and was told it was available online. 🙄. But they printed one for us. I suggested they should always have that available and was told they were thinking they should laminate one for the future. Great start! The crab cakes were really tasty too.

My spouse and I recently dined at Gather in Omaha, and it was an exceptional experience, especially for anyone with food allergies or looking for high-quality ingredients. We started with the house salad, which was fresh and flavorful, and to our surprise, the greens were grown in-house using their innovative basement farm.
For our entrees, I enjoyed the pan-seared miso salmon, which came with perfectly seasoned miso heirloom black-eyed peas and greens. My spouse had the Korean-marinated imperial wagyu, accompanied by bone marrow fried rice that was gluten-free yet rich with depth. Both dishes exploded with flavor, and the presentation was flawless.
We also shared a side of pan-seared broccolini, and the entire meal was gluten-free, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions. We paired our meal with a crisp white wine, and to top it off, we indulged in a gluten-free chocolate mousse torte. It was the perfect balance of rich chocolate and refreshing vanilla bean ice cream, complemented by fresh coffee.
Gather excels in offering flavorful, allergy-friendly dining without compromising quality. Highly recommend for those looking for an elevated and conscious dining experience.
My gratin was one of the best things I've ever tasted and I come from a culinary background. The chef accommodated gluten free by changing the recipe and making the same menu item, awesome. Atmosphere, hard no. Obnoxious edm (I love edm usually) blaring and the art was hideous. I was looking at a piece of art made of trash for over an hour while waiting for our food. A few of the paintings were actually making me less hungry, the modern feel really ruins the class. My wife's duck entree was plated like trash with no care with the skin side down, the demi was way loose and the duck was bloody once cut into, that's rare not medium rare. The duck and my steak could have used aromatics and herbs but that gratin...the gratin was FIRE.
