This place knocked it out of the park I can't eat gluten and their gluten free pizza was one of the best I've had in a while. We travel all over the country so I'm always looking for good pizza. Our waitress was absolutely perfect as was the entire staff. Thank you we will be back.
This is the only place in town that seems to accommodate a gluten allergy! The owner got out the nutrition info and showed me which items were gluten free. Then he patiently explained which sauces had the least sugar. He was so nice... aaaaand the pulled pork was delish.
My wife has to eat gluten free (Celiac disease). Although they do not have GF options on the menu, Alex set her up with a veggie taco and steak/shrimp fajita meal that was wonderful! Alex knew exactly what he had to do to change up the dishes to make them GF.
Super helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend Don Diego’s. The staff went out of their way to show us great NM hospitality.
