After an afternoon of house hunting, the man and I decided to try out Little Sorrento. He had been there before but it was my first go. I loved it! The food was fresh (I am gluten free and the bread tempted even me). We started off with fra diavolo mussels which lived up to their name. I went with the grilled vegetable salad with grilled chicken and had at least half to take home it was huge. Dessert was a tartuffo and I have to say it was the largest one in a long time. A lot of places slice up a quarter of one for you. NOT HERE! It was the whole chocolate coated thing! I cannot wait to go back (whether we get a place nearby or not). Our waitress was attentive and funny even though the place was buzzing because it was Palm Sunday. We didn't have a reservation but they didn't seem worried. They let us walk right in. Great place! Probably up there in my top 5 now.

I had brunch with my brother and son and ordered the gluten free breakfast nachos for myself while my son had a burger and my brother had breakfast tacos. My brother and I also ordered two drinks. We enjoyed the food and service so much I ordered two more meals to go. Between my poor communication skills and my server not understanding I needed gluten free meals to go, I was given regular meals instead. I contacted the restaurant and they gave me replacements without charge. The service was great, the ambiance was great. Will definitely go back.

Ambience relaxing & quiet. Adult experience. There is a working fireplace & string of lights surrounding entire bottom floor of restaurant. No windows noticed but you don't miss it, due to rustic exposed beams, fireplace & fun artwork; rustic, charming & bright environment. When you enter. There is a bar that seats 8-12 with bar stools. Top floor is mainly used for events & functions- not available for dinner. Menu- not overwhelming. Nice variety. Clearly marked with v-vegan & GF gluten free options. Bar drinks & wine with dinner made for a nice experience Wait staff, friendly & knowlegable about the restaurant/building history. They also took our order, served our meals, drinks & check in a timely manner. Food- great. For starters, fresh warm rolls were served. For apps, we experienced a shared variety plate of cheese, froi gras, procuitto, etc.. served with herbed crustini, delicious! Our main entrees were an amazingly prepared piece of lamb served with roasted vegetables & fingerling potatoes. The duck was made perfectly with roasted brussel sprouts. For dessert- we shared a lemon tart with chocolate shell. The chocolate shell threw us off, maybe preferred with graham cracker crust. Will choose something else next time. Bathrooms- very simple, clean, basic, matches decor of restaurant, no frills. Dress- variety noted: casual to dressy casual. Jeans worn with blazer to professional work clothes Crowd ages- professional adults to seniors. Not a kid crowd. Price- reasonable for the overall food experience & atmosphere. A shared appetizer + 2 entrees + drinks approx $115 before tip. Will definitely go back & recommend to others.
