Great meal and service. Thank you for the GF options. I've been gluten intolerant for 35+ years. The fried oysters were wonderful.

Quaint little spot in Pittsboro, first time dining here and had a great experience even during their transition under new management. The temporary small menu has a great selection, even with some delicious options for gluten free like the short rib hash I had which was very flavorful and filling! They are very attentive to dietary restrictions and asked right away when I was seated, and I was told they can adapt many of their items on their menu. Service was exceptional, and I can’t wait to return!

So nice to have this grocery store in Pittsboro. Produce is really fresh, great selection of harder to find food/body product items, especially for gluten free or vegan lifestyles. Free parking lot, outdoor seating, friendly staff and overall great shopping experience! We love the bulk section too.

We had a nice dinner at The Mod. The pizzas were fantastic! A gluten-free crust is also available. The beer selection is also very good. TIP - the regular pizzas were said to be 12” but they seemed more like 14”. The gluten-free pizzas were more like 12”. We ordered one pizza per person, but no one was able to finish their pie.
