Love and appreciate the fact that you offer gluten free options but if an establishment is going to offer gluten fee options you need to make sure your staff is trained in how to process a gluten fee order. I ordered gluten free pasta tonight and it was served with regular noodles included.
Again, I appreciate the options but if you offer them they need to be made in a manor that assure it is safe.

Amazing food and service! 11/10 would recommend going to Mint Bistro especially for my gluten free or vegan crowd. I have been gluten free for almost a year and Mint provided and full gluten free and vegan menu. Very wide range of options for allergies! Will definitely be visiting Mint Bistro again in the near future.

Food was amazing!! I have celiac disease and love to find local family owned restaurants where i can eat safely while supporting the community. Brisket was smoked to perfection!! I called to place an order and the girl said since you’re 67 you get a senior discount. I asked her how she knew my age and she said it was just a good guess. So my husband picked the pizza up he asked her how she knew and she said well your wife was a little confused with her order so I just guessed. Do you keep our ages in your computer and what else do you keep on that computer? On top of that I had ordered a gluten-free small pizza and it was so hard I could hardly bite into it. We love Jets but I’m not too sure now. It totally creeped me out .
