Not alot of food choices for celiac/ gluten concerns. We ordered chicken whiff. They were tasty n big but one was cold n red on the inside n after reheating; while the end bone was popping hot the inside was still cool. Disappointing

My wife has celiac, so when we moved to Corpus and saw that Padre Island Burger Co. had gluten free buns, it was a no brainer to try. Good thing we did, because the food is amazing!
