I was very impressed by this pizza spot. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. Had the loaded queso dip, taco nirvana chicken pizza, and the mighty meaty pizza. All had fantastic taste. They even had delicious gluten-free options available for one of my neices. 😋 Can't wait to visit again.
I've been coming here since they opened, I've also been ordering the same pizza for about a year. Tonight i ordered the gluten free pizza with bacon, same as usual. Ordered online, picked it up. Got in the car and had a bad feeling so i checked my order. Took one bite out of a silce of pizza and it was disgusting!!!! Went back inside to let them know this was not gluten free and it was also super doughy. The nice young guy behind the counter said "im so sorry let me make another" looked for the dough and looked back at me and said "oh you know what we haven't had gluten free all day" i said no problem i would like a refund. The women ringing the couple up looked over and said "no this is gluten free i make the dough, i can not refund you" I asked the young man for my pizza back and left. The older women was very rude and as long as she is working I will not be coming back!!
I got home and put my pizza in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was not burnt or anything. It was no longer doughy either. Maybe if the women had listened when I was it needed to go back in the oven longer, this wouldn't have been a issue.
My main concern is was there gluten free dough today or not?? Were just not wanting to give me my money back?? Either way I will be taking my business else where.
Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional. Orders are always accurate, consistent, and deliciously fresh. Yes, it's more expensive than a drive-thru burger, but it's also QUALITY food that justifies the cost. Having someone in the house who can't have gluten makes it difficult to eat outside the house. They have a good lettuce wrapped burger option.
We have eaten here several times since living here. Now a days with celiac disease I have to be more cognizant on what I eat. Mediterranean food is what my doctors have prescribed and I'm okay with that!
We recently stopped by and were greeted with menus. We ordered to go because we have a little one. Upon waiting for our food Mr Smadi stopped and talked to us and asked us how the baby was doing. Very kind of him!
The time we waited was very minimal maybe 10 minutes from the time we entered and ordered we were out the door and on our way.
The service is friendly, quick, and very thoughtful and paid close attention to the requirements of celiac disease.
We will definitely be returning!
We had a wonderful experience today visiting Fork and Bowl. The owner welcomed us in and suggested gluten free options. Both the gluten free and regular, Grilled Chicken Pesto were great!
We'll be back!
recommend! The gluten is good and the soup base is rich in flavor. The meat buns are generous and the three delicacies pot stickers are also delicious.
