Just when I thought I wouldn't find a gluten-free bakery in the center of Rome... What a discovery ❤️
The pistachio croissant was delicious, as was the cannoli, the sausage and spinach pizza, and the tomato arancino.
And the service was unbeatable. I came back just to thank them for how delicious everything was.
Sometimes it's a little scary to go to another country as a celiac, but I would do it again and again.

Our absolute FAVORITE spot in all of Rome. 100% gluten free bakery, restaurant and grocery store that is heaven on earth for a celiac! Their cannoli is die for, as is their suppli (stuffed rice balls) and the stuffed Nutella donuts. Was also pleasantly surprised that prices of the grocery items were a bit cheaper than in the US.

It was the first time I entered this shop living in another area and I was particularly surprised by the variety of things that can be found for those who have problems with gluten in addition to having packaged products they have the fresh bread section, pizza, desserts produced directly in their laboratory.
