Absolutely the best service we have ever had! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The best gluten free bread I have ever tasted! The food was so delicious! Can’t wait to go back!
This is my new favorite coffee shop! The guy who took my order was so kind (I asked a lot of questions 😅) and the coffee was delicious and BEAUTIFUL!
I tried their morning honey toast on gluten free bread and it was incredible. (Also the gluten free bread wasn’t a tiny piece like you usually see, it was a good size! Gluten free people know what I mean lol)
I have celiac disease and asked about the gluten free menu. The girl at the register handed me a menu saying that was it. With just the few options that were there already, I then proceed to order a spud. She replies quickly “we are out of spuds.” I had heard prior to coming that they had gluten free bread here; So I then asked about it and she said “oh yeah we do have that.” She then asked for the side and I said I believe your chips are gluten free? and she said “yeah they are potato chips.” First and foremost when you have celiac disease it’s crucial you don’t have gluten so you have to be sure. Second, not all potato chips are gluten free. You can’t assume that, which is why I asked. She quickly rushed the rest of the order and gave us our teas with just a couple of ice cubes in it. The table options were all dirty and when we got what was suppose to be hot sandwiches they were cold. What a train wreck of a place and just flat out terrible service.
i’m allergic to gluten and I ordered the gluten-free flatbread, I did not get the gluten-free flatbread so all night I was sick throwing up. I called today so I could talk to them about it and nobody was answering, the only time they did answer nobody was talking. It’s almost like they had just answered and put the phone down.
First time trying this location. When walking was greeted even though they were super busy. Asked for my name and let me know didn't have the bowls. They offered to refund our make a sandwich. Because they offered a gluten free bread I opted for the sandwich. They didn't charge me extra for this either. While waiting noticed this place was hopping. Employees were very efficient and polite to all the customers. Well definitely go back.
We had a group to-go order tonight. I got the American Kestrel on gluten-free bread, which was SO GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised the bread held up to the burger and didn't fall apart. I was disappointed I couldn't have the fries as I read they are battered, and I have Celiac disease so am strictly gluten free. I ordered the chips as my side and unfortunately they were not included with our order. $3 for a soft drink (about 16 oz?) seems high. So...$19 (before tax) for a burger and soft drink. Seems a little pricey, and I really wish the chips had been included. :(
