This hole in the wall is an amazing find.
The entire menu is gluten-free. They offer several DF dishes as well.
You order as the counter, and then they bring it to your table. The service is really good and they provide carafe of water for the table. They are spot on with refills.
The only down side is the parking. It's all on street.
There is patio and indoor seating.
It's rare to find a restaurant that has more than one dish my wife can have with her dietary restrictions. Brim has several. It was great seeing her gitty looking at a menu.
Always the best food. Very large place with a beautiful patio. It is one of my favorite places to go. Everything is always good. Only took a photo of my item last night which was the shroom burger. Beautiful baguette and tasty cheeses to make it the perfect burger. Friends had a poke bowl, Salad and another burger.
My friend needed Gluten Free and they were helpful.
At the bar they also have THC drinks 🍹 One of my favorite places to get wings. Also one of my favorite appetizers is the Ahi Tuna Crisp.
Servers will help you makes choices if you have not been here. Friendly staff!
This is a great option in the North Loop.
We came on a weekday for lunch and it wasn't crowded at all. The outdoor semi-covered patio in the back was super nice and the food was wonderful. Gluten friendly items are clearly marked on the menu, and there is cross contamination.
Buffalo cauliflower and vegan ranch was to die for! I also had the curry with cauliflower rice and chicken and it was super tasty.
The Red Cow has delicious fare and great service. I was part of a group of four. They have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, so all the fried potato dishes (e.g. french fries, sweet potato fries, etc.) can be made gluten-free (and oat-free).
Where's The Flour is where it's at! The first time we went there we were blown away. This is a celiac friendly restaurant that isn't a dessert place. Not only for gluten free, but for those with other allergies too. We've been able to get dairy free and egg free. The staff is friendly. It's made those with food allergies/sensitivities/insecurities feel more normal. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody.
Great food and service and careful preparation for celiacs. They have a separate gluten free menu. They bring gluten free bread and separate butter to start out with which is a nice touch. And they have the best gluten free spinach dip with crostini and flourless cake! We’ve been here many times and enjoyed it every time.

The first time I had Hazelwood was in 2021, then I used to go regularly in 2022 and they had changed their menu, then I came back in 2023 and they had changed it again. Unfortunately, both times they had gotten rid of what we came for, but it was my favorite place so I would always try to pick something again. At this point, though, the only thing left for me is the dessert, and while it seems that’s never going away and I can’t recommend it enough, it makes me the odd one out at work meetings. I praise them for their gluten free options and their ability to make me- the biggest bread pudding lover of all time- order the banana creme pie when i’m there though. The bread pudding is splendid as well, I recommend the dessert sampler, that’s just how good the pie is.
Best breakfast I’ve EVER had. I got the Scromble of The Day. Tomatoes and Chimichurri *chefs kiss* I’m gluten free and the GF English muffins were great.. I got TWO with my breakfast. My dad got the breakfast burrito and he loved it! Super cool spot to check out in downtown Minneapolis.
Love it!! It’s like a 50s malt shop feel with 80s/90s music and incredible food choices. Picked this place because they have real servers not computer order systems. Shomi was an exceptional server. Family friendly. Gluten Free friendly too. Hugs ;)
Lovely little shop. They had a lot more unique teas than what I’ve seen at other places along with interesting coffee specials such as a squash latte for fall. They serve all sorts of gluten free items such as pastries and ice cream.
We had a lovely late lunch between flights at the Minneapolis airport. I am Celiac so the menu was so refreshing! Our server, Ken, was very attentive and very efficient. The only downside was the cost! Our lunch was almost $150! (with two drinks each and tip).
I am staying in the Duluth, MN area for approximately 4 months. I'm a vegetarian and immediately started looking for any vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the area. I located Juice Pharm, and decided to try them. So, I placed an order online with this business on 5/6/2025 in the evening to be picked up the morning of 5/7/2025 @ 10:30am as a carry out (that is why I didn't rate the Atmosphere).
Following are my reasons for the pour ratings:
1) I placed my order online so I wouldn’t have to wait in line to place an order. However, I still had to wait in line to pick up my order for walk-in people to place their order. Why??? I placed my order the day before, fully paid for with a tip and I still had to wait in line for people who were just placing their orders. This seems unfair to me. This business needs a dedicated an area for people who placed their orders online to pick up their order without having to wait inline.
2) The following is a direct quote from their website: "Juice Pharm is a cafe and juice bar in Downtown Duluth dedicated to serving healthy, fresh-made and locally-sourced food and drinks. Our 100% plant-based and gluten free menu focuses on cold-pressed juices, refreshing smoothies, fruit-filled açaí bowls and globally-inspired specialty foods.” My personal health goal is to try to eliminate add sugar from all the foods I eat. I incorrectly assumed this business would also pursue such a goal for the menu items they offer their customers.
I ordered the following as a carryout order: I ordered a Acai Bowl specifically their Blue Majik Bowl-Large (24oz) with added Cashew Butter (the Cashew Butter was stuck to the lid of the container my order was placed in) , Extra Granola, and Add-on Blueberries. After I started eating it I could tell it was loaded with add sugar-so I broke my dietary goal-not intentionally.
The base of Acai Bowls are made from acai berry puree. This business buys commercially made purees for their Acai Bowls and these contain rather high amounts of added sugar. This business doesn't disclose added sugar amounts for their menu items.
I actually contacted this business through their website via email on 5/7/2025 @ 4:36pm with the above concerns and with the following questions:
1) Which of the items in my online order had added sugar and how much?
2) Do all of your Acai Bowls have added sugar, and how much?
3) Does your Granola have added sugar, how much?
3) Do you have any menu item available for online ordering and carryout pickup that have “NO ADDED SUGAR”? If you do, please list them (implying provide me a list).
The business never replied to my email. If they would have replied, I probably wouldn't have written this negative review. This type of information would be critical to any people with diabetes.
I would like to support this local business if they would identify items on their menu that have no or very small amounts of added sugar.
Beware, If you want to limit the consumption of added sugar avoid Juice Pharm's Acai Bowls. I don't know if any other of Juice Pharm's menu items also have high amounts of add sugar.
Great burgers and fries. The triple berry ketchup was amazing. Gluten free options available and fries were made in a separate fryer to avoid cross contamination.
Service was fantastic too!
One of the best restaurants in Duluth if you don’t want to spend a lot of money but do want good food and have a good time. It gets busy during dinner time like most places and they have music every night so if you aren’t into how loud it gets it’s still worth it to order takeout, which on Saturday you have to do in person. I recommend avoid using a car to get there since parking is very limited in the area when it is busy. They have a lot of different food options so if you need vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free they can accommodate you. Honestly I don’t think they have a single bad item on the menu.
We had a great experience at Red Cow Wayzata. All staff extremely attentive and took extra care and concern for my friend with celiac. Chris our server was delightful, he made sure our experience was flawless!

Was stopping through town and wanted to check it out since we knew it was all gluten free. Our son has celiac and there is awesome grocery and bakery items that we had never seen before. The cupcakes were amazing! So glad we found this little joint for our son.
Great breakfast (and lunch) sandwhiches and pastries including gluten free and vegan options. High quality crafted espresso and coffee drinks. Highly recommend for both food and drink options.
I cannot get enough of their subs, especially when you're gluten intolerant, they always provide two foot bread to make a sandwich. My favorite is always gonna be chicken bacon ranch.
Been on n off.Not the best Fish n Chips I've had there or curds just arnt the same Gluten free but yet cook things in 1 vat.I get sick each time Don't say Gluten free or sensitive if they are not.
We live a little ways away and needed to grab a bite to eat on our way through town. It was around 2 during the week and things were decently slow although most of the tables did seem dirty, it appeared they could have used a dish person to be clearing/cleaning tables so the waitresses didn’t need to be doing that as well. We were seated within a few minutes and looked over the menus. The menu is pretty simple, mostly sandwiches or breakfast. The waitress came back about ten minutes later and apologized for the wait. We ordered the piglet with greens and the hot ham and cheese. We went and looked around at the goods at the front of the restaurant for a bit. Many of things seemed like they would only be found in speciality stores, so the prices were very high. Side note: I did appreciate that they had a gluten free menu, but I do not believe those items would be celiac safe. We then went and looked at the baked goods and decided on a brownie. The person who helped us was pretty stoic, but rang us up within a few minutes. When we got back to our table about ten minutes later our food was there. The piglet with greens was very good. The hot ham and cheese was just ok, and the store bought chips were not great. Paying almost $20 for a sandwich and chips felt overpriced. The brownie was also very good. The waitress checked on us before we even started eating and I do not believe she came back again. We had been done for awhile and realized we maybe need to pay up front. Our check wasn’t brought to us so we went and paid at the till. Overall I think the atmosphere of the restaurant really just was not our favorite. It felt slightly like a sterile cafeteria/old diner/grandma’s house. The walls were white and bare and honestly all the staff walked around just looking kind of sad. Again the food was overall pretty good, but overpriced compared to similar restaurants with similar items. The greens salad was excellent, though the portion was very small and you also needed to pay extra. I think my main feedback would be putting things in the store that appeal to all income levels. Although we do very well, I think spending $14 for a bowl or $95 for an apron is just not appealing to most people shopping around. If the atmosphere could be a little brighter and have a more cohesive design with a little more privacy between tables, that really would be ideal. The prices should really be lower with the menu the way it is. Unless the menu items are going to be elevated and more upscale, they should reflect more standard diner prices to appeal to that crowd. The staff could possibly use a moral boost and maybe extra help or organization of tasks. They seemed sad and it’s a long distance for staff to be walking back and forth from the kitchen - they could really benefit from a runner and someone clearing/cleaning tables. I’m not too sure we will go back, but we will see. I think there is a lot of potential in the space and a lot of the ideas, but possibly execution wasn’t 100% and could hopefully be refined over the years.
I had ordered the Club Sub, but had it put into a bowl because of Celiac Disease. I did not realize that by not getting bread, there was an UP CHARGE!! The price on the menu is $9 and some change. I got charged over $11. I got nothing additional, just lettuce, turkey, ham, cheese & bacon that comes on it. First & last time I will be going there.
I have severe celiac and I safely ate delicious food here! My server was kind and knowledgeable. I was told by my partner and brother that the gluten food was also delicious.
This jersey mikes HITS EVERY SINGLE TIMEEEE. no matter what my sandwhich is always perfect and these workers are so nice. One of the few places to have gluten free bread AND it’s good. I am in love with jersey mikes.
I think something that's very important and worth mentioning is that jersey Mike's offers gluten free bread. The nice young man who made our sandwiches, I believe his name was Louie, made a point to ask if it was a preference or allergy. When informed that it was an allergy he wiped down the counter before making out sandwich. Delicious food and exceptional customer service.
This place was hopping when we got there but the dining room was clean and the staff were quick and efficient. They made sure to clean up before making my gluten free sandwich. I always appreciate a business that will cater to dietary needs. Yummy food and great service.
I literally feel like home walking in here. They always have the best attitude making their service unmatched. I am also celiac, and some fast food workers seem to dread the process of having to clean for allergies (I get it, extra work) but they do it with a big smile and asking about your day. Although I’m a regular at this location so it’s my favorite by default, all Jersey Mikes locations have been amazing. Y’all are doing it right, keep it up!
They are very diligent when it comes to following gluten free protocols. The staff behind the counter are fantastic - very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them!
This place definitely gives bougie minimalist vibes: it's not bad, but it feels like something out of an Instagram post, not real. Most of the seating is not very cozy, but there is some variety. They do carry a couple of gluten-free food items, and I am very curious to try the GF sourdough, but it has been sold out or awaiting restocking when I have been there. The beverages are tasty but not cheap. I mean, not everything should be cheap, but this is a special occasion place for me, not part of the regular routine, because it's not in my budget, you know?
My Famous Mike's Philly Cheesesteak # 17 was prepared by Sean (the Gordon Ramsay of Cheesesteaks). This Waconia location is the best Jersey Mike's location in the United States! They have Sunchips and Pepsi products. Also gluten free offerings. Wow! Delicious! I detoured out of my way on a business trip to dine at the Waconia Jersey Mike's location. Peace to all!
This is a great Jersey Mikes tucked away in a strip mall.
Plenty of parking.
Very clean store, plenty of lighting.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Gluten-free options along with different sandwich sizes.
Best gluten free sandwich around. I will definitely be back to try the other gluten free sandwich options. I highly recommend Blue Ox Sandwich Factory!
On the outside of the building they advertise that Udi's gluten free buns are available. I placed my order to be on a gluten free bun, and when I got it home, noticed that they had used regular bread and NOT gluten free. Glad I did not eat this as it would have made me quite ill. Staff needs to be more aware that ordering gluten free is for a reason. Won't be returning.
