Went out with our family on a busy summer Saturday night; our server Gabriel met all of our expectations service-wise including the fact that one of us was celiac! Happy with the quality of the food and the way our steaks were done, everything without mentioning our many special demands for our dishes were executed. Very good understanding of allergies. My mother and I are coeliacs (gluten-free), and Marlène, our waitress, took the trouble to explain to us all the precautions taken in the kitchen, for allergies. The GF pasta was a little overcooked; Marlène noticed this and asked us if that was really the case. She offered to take over the dishes (which we declined) and welcomed with great interest the advice on not overcooking gluten-free pasta - it's not easy when you're a regular pasta restaurant. My friends who ate regular pasta said it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend, especially for the service!
