This restaurant had absolutely delicious food! We went 3 times while on our vacation because Salty Papas has the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. I have never felt more safe as a celiac while dining. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make you feel safe about ordering fried foods. Amy and Stacy D were our servers and gave the BEST customer service. In today’s world customer service is few and far between but this place is DIALED IN!! I would recommended this to anyone—-food allergies or not! They make you feel like you’re at home!

I recently visited Shrimp Shack, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. The servers were prompt, accurate, and incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a positive experience. The food was delicious and presented wonderfully. The service was what I would expect for this upper class seafood restaurant. I was a little disappointed that there weren't more gluten free options. There are zero gluten free desserts. Hard to celebrate a gluten free birthday dinner with no dessert.
