Spectacular food, gluten-free options, not suitable for celiacs but suitable for intolerance, stone oven, gluten-free beers, all beer options are craft IPA type, but there are some milder blondes. Cozy setting on the terrace, friendly staff and clean toilets.

Moto trip stop in Olot in this bakery gluten free. I am celiac and this is a sort of paradise for me. Staff enthusiastic and sweet, they also make us a 'goodbye present' of Carquinyolis artesanales, so good. Everything good (pastries and sandwiches)! Thanks to them and stop there :)
