We went to dinner last night with 2 families of 4 people (total 4 adults and 4 children), the food was very good and above all the gluten-free options were appreciated. But an embarrassing thing happened to us, and that is that when we arrived, a middle-aged, blonde, blue-eyed waitress with an unfriendly face did not allow us to sit at the table we had reserved until the other family that was parking arrived. Despite insisting that our friends were parking, and going with 2 small children, he did not allow us to sit and wait for them. How would it be that my little 8-year-old son asked her if she would allow us to go to the bathroom, to which she replied "yes to the bathroom." That is, imposing a clear limit with quite a bit of bad manners and bad taste.
To our surprise, a family arrived next who also had a reservation and not everyone had arrived, but they were allowed to wait for their companions at the table.
The service was not bad except for this lady who clearly lacks education and social skills to face the public.
Italian with good quality and corresponding price.
You can find elaborate and very delicious food, they have variety in their menu which I really like and you can also find a gluten-free menu which is 1 positive point.
Then if I have to talk about the atmosphere, the decoration is fantastic and very cozy.
100% recommended if you are looking for an Italian restaurant.
It is a very cozy place where for a while you forget that you are in Torrejon and you go somewhere else, like a limbo in the middle of all the chaos... the great waiters, they treat you with great hospitality and are always looking out for you. Everything is correct, and what can we say about the food… DELICIOUS! quality ingredients, dishes with great care and attention! I will return without a doubt! Also keep in mind that it is suitable for celiacs, vegans and vegetarians! thanks for everything! see you soon!
3 times I have come with my partner to TRY to have a snack and all 3 times they have given us cheap excuses in relation to buckwheat since my partner has celiac disease. First that they don't have any, then that they have run out and then that the iron on which they do it has just been damaged. All for not cleaning an extra iron. Bunch of lazy people.
I am celiac and they say that they have gluten-free things on the menu and then you have to reserve it, besides they have no responsibility, we went to ask twice and they were not even able to say that they were not going to bring the gluten-free dough, celiacs, it's a shame, don't go here you are going to be left wanting to eat something good.
