Fixed stop with friends for a pleasant evening in a very nice and quiet place. The food is always fresh and excellent, the owner is always very attentive and kind, always satisfying our requests. When we are not in the area, we order delivery and it also arrives in a nice package. We continue to go not only for the infinite kindness, but above all for the freshness and the attention paid to my intolerances and my celiac disease. The bread is all gluten free and is absolutely fantastic! Never tasted so good! The nuggets made by them are also highly recommended! Absolutely recommended!!!!

Unfortunately no pictures were taken of the dishes. Was very hungry. My sandwich with tuna tartare was very tasty. GLUTEN-FREE DISHES/rolls are possible! Not overpriced! My best recommendations.

My girlfriend and I came to Pietrasanta for a 3-day getaway, the choice of destination was also influenced by the curiosity to try Sementis. We are both vegetarians, with the impulse to become vegan and despite being in 2024 we struggle to find restaurants that offer vegetarian options, let alone vegan ones, so we often cook at home. From the moment you enter Sementis you are greeted by the smile, the passion and the splendid synergy that exists between the owner and all the wonderful staff, all friendly and attentive to the customer. But the gem comes when you sit down and open the menu, if you are vegetarian, vegan and celiac you can eat every single dish you find on the menu without any inconvenience or worries related to what you would like to eat but unfortunately you can't... What we witnessed was a rewarding experience, which made our taste buds explode with the goodness of the dishes we tasted. The service was impeccable, the dishes arrive with little waiting and during the evening the owner and the staff are present, pampering every customer with joy and friendliness. If we lived here, we would come every dayπ What Sementis does is a big step for all of us and for the protection of this planet. In the eyes of a few it might seem like a simple vegan restaurant, but in our eyes these guys are writing the future. So if you want to eat in a restaurant full of positive energy, and have an experience full of flavour, whether you are vegan, vegetarian or not, Sementis is the place for you! β¨ππΎπ½οΈ

Quality of the food (except the beef which is always rather difficult to chew), speed and professionalism of the service, very pleasant environment, frequented several times already, recommended, and for those who are intolerant (not allergic) to gluten, I recommend the excellent Fajitas...
