Burnt BBQ Catering absolutely crushed it at my party! Professional, reasonably priced, punctual, and Tim was super friendly as he served the food. The food was incredible—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Working with Tim leading up to the event was easy and let us make adjustments as the event neared. They even accommodated the gluten free crowd without asking. My sister said "the rice was the star of the show for me - when is rice ever so good it's the star" ... that's how good this pace is.
