This is hands down the best gluten-free pizza base I’ve had in Canberra so far — you can hardly tell it’s gluten-free!
I’m not entirely sure if it’s 100% coeliac-safe, since all pizzas are cooked in the same oven. I did mention to the waiter that I’m coeliac and asked if they could take extra care to reduce cross-contamination, and they were very understanding and accommodating.
