I asked for a lactose free hot chocolate and was given oat milk, which contains gluten. As well as given seasoning on my meal that also contains gluten, after stating clearly that I was gluten intolerant. Staff are not knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and intolerances.

Went to the football on Friday and the pies didn't win but the meat pie definitely did. It was so good the pastry was light, crispy and delicious and the filling was the best I have had with a gluten free pie! Thank you heavens bakehouse!!
