Had a fantastic Italian lunch after a very long time. Was a beautiful experience with my 10 year old and 1 year old. The staff were delightful and caring. Lots of gluten free options. There wasn't a huge rush when we went early in the afternoon which was great. Definitely going back!
Was curious about Pala from looking at the menu and this place definitely lives up to the expectations. The ube latte and iced strawberry matcha were super smooth and creamy with a hint of nuttiness in the ube-I can see why it’s a favourite.
They are super accomodating for special dietary requirements as they have plenty of vegan, dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian options. All of our meals were super delicious and full of flavour.
In terms of price, I think it’s at a perfect point. Definitely not too expensive and the food is worth the money.
I got the lugaw risotto and ube porridge to share and both were so full of flavour. The crispy tofu and salty egg mixed with the gingery and herby rice was a match made in heaven and the creamy sweetness of the ube porridge mixed with the coconut crumb and fresh fruit was a perfect combination. My family also loved the chicken adobo benedict.
I will definitely be coming back here to try some of the other items from their menu and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fusion Filipino cafe.

Always a beautiful coffee and atmosphere at Dimattina. Staff member Tamara went above and beyond with her customer service today 12/04/2024 offering a complementary brownie due to so many items missing on my meal order due to dietary requirements.
As a celiac she made my day. She even told me she washed her hands, used separate utensils and how the food was stored to ensure I wouldn't have any cross contamination. I wish more businesses spent the time to teach their staff the proper education and correct storage for people with dietary requirements.
Kudos all round to the amazing staff who always make coming here an enjoyable experience. Also whoever is in charge of the music you have good taste. :-)

This place is great and smells amazing! My gym is around the corner and this is the biggest temptation for an after gym treat!
Went there today to pick up an order for a friend and the team's problem solving skills and communication were on point. Absolute divine customer service and I can't wait to go back there.
As a celiac I didn't not expect to have many options at a family bakery but they had gluten free treats!!
Also, they had delicious coffee and they're open early, what a lovely place!
