We went there for ice cream this afternoon. They had gluten free ice cream cones that were specially packaged! The staff was also knowledgeable. Wow! And all the ice cream containers had lids. We came here for Sunday breakfast on the basis of the reviews and were not disappointed.
There was a queue where we arrived and the place was packed, but staff quickly cleared tables and no one waited long for a seat, with menu and service swiftly following.
The coffee was excellent, service superb and staff spoke excellent English.

Unfortunately a bad experience.
I ate a shawarma plate. The meat no longer tasted good and I completely emptied myself about 10 minutes later. Clearly the quality wasn't up to par.
The waitress also has problems with allergies. They wanted to sell me bulgur as gluten-free with full conviction. If so, I would have absolutely no confidence in the information provided by the other courts either.
Price/performance seems to be geared more towards tourists who only come once.
