I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties.
Congratulations indeed.
I ate here twice during my stay in Riva and had tasty food and no issues from either time! They had gluten free options mentioned on their menus which is a rare bit of peace of mind in Italy.

Incredibly delicious gluten-free pizza with buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto. Very tasty grilled vegetables. Very friendly and courteous staff. The normal pizzas were also super tasty. Everyone was completely satisfied. We'd love to come back!
As always, every time I am in Val di Fassa, in Moena to be precise, I dedicate a lunch at Gianluigi's at Sfizio, in the center of Moena.
The owner was able to sublimely mix traditional Ladin dishes with those of ancient Rome, being a true Roman
Plus sublime fish and delicious pizzas. Worth highlighting is the gluten free menu, including pizzas, impeccably executed.
Gianluigi is a force of nature, with his Roman dialect he makes you feel great and at home. For those who have not yet made a stop at Sfizio, I recommend that you get organized and calmly go and try it and in the end you will subscribe to this review of mine.
Nice place to eat a lot and well, the portions are really generous.
We had a really good and light gluten-free pizza, then risotto and second course, all very good. There are also some gluten free desserts.
The only flaw is the service is a little slow.
An absolute delight – and gluten-free too!
We had dinner at Ristorante Leon d’Oro this evening and were absolutely thrilled. The gluten-free seafood pizza was by far the best I've ever tasted - crispy, freshly topped and full of flavor. Before that, the carpaccio starter... delicious!
A very special compliment goes to Hasem, who made our evening even better with his warm manner and attentive service. A great host!
We would love to come back. Grazie mille!

Excellent experience, we ate a pizza, but surely the rest would have been excellent too. Menu for celiacs which is always difficult to find. I would stay here again.
Good offer of gluten-free dishes. I got a gluten-free pizza, with one of the best doughs I've ever tried. The menu specifies that this dough is produced by them. There is also a wide choice of gluten-free desserts and beers, including local ones.
Furthermore, the service is well organized and fast.
I will gladly return to this pizzeria to eat pizza and to taste the selection of grilled meat on offer.
Cozy and family restaurant, but the environment is elegant. The staff welcomes you with kindness and professionalism. Excellent service. Yes, eat well, rich and varied menu. There is also an excellent offer for those who eat gluten-free.
Despite the crowd, the staff was kind enough to find me a table. Very tasty gluten-free pizza with crunchy dough (similar to Roman pizza). The creme brulee is also excellent. Kind and welcoming waiters; I will definitely be back!

My girlfriend:
The gluten free pizza was very good. The waiter also brought gluten-free breadsticks to the table...unique so far.
Me: the pizza was very well topped and the dough was crispy. Drinks as usual.
Excellent pizza, probably the best in the area. The gluten-free pizza is also excellent. Relaxing South Tyrolean style environment. We will definitely be back.
A nice change of pace from the usual Italian fare in the area! I enjoyed the tricolor option a few times and thought it was tasty. There are gluten free options marked on their menu.
It's a pity that gluten-free pizza bases are ready-made (they are tasteless). It would be perfect if the gluten-free dough was made on-site. The rest of the gluten-free and gluten-free dishes are very tasty. Gluten-free desserts are very good.
I was expecting a richer menu, especially for celiacs because it had several positive reviews precisely on this aspect, but instead the usual rice with sauce... you also can't ask for simple off-menu items... like two fried eggs... the place inside it is still very pleasant and we non-celiacs ate reasonably well
Ideal pastry shop for celiacs because the production is completely gluten-free. Some are works of art and you can see it clearly from the images. On their website all the ingredients of the desserts are described in detail. I recommend booking in advance.
Very good pizzas at a bargain price! A big plus for the really comprehensive gluten-free pizza options. The restaurant is in a great location, the service was great and everything worked perfectly! I recommend both pizzas and local beers.
We had booked outside but due to rain they put us inside. Without air conditioning, without an open window even though it was no longer raining and therefore in a tropical climate. We asked to change seats or open a window but were told no. Gluten-free pizzas? To be improved considerably despite the addition of €2.5. When the pizzas arrived, one flew at one of us, dirtying our clothes, jackets and bags. The waiters were kind and apologetic but the payment was not taken into account at all for the inconvenience created (see dry cleaning cost).
Very kind managers, the food is excellent, we ate something from them at the Ferrara street food festival and we had a very good time. Plus, it's all gluten free and having a celiac in the family it was ideal for us!
The pizza is delicious both normal and with wholemeal dough, but the real surprise is finding a gluten-free pizza with such good dough!! Furthermore, they also have AIC certification! Highly recommended!
Not only that, at the time of payment I had to ask if I was wrong....3 pizzas, 1 liter of water and 2 desserts: 36 euros!!! Very honest!
If you have celiac disease or gluten allergy this is absolutely a gem. Service is really friendly and quick. My gluten free pizza didn’t taste like a gluten free pizza. My girlfriend who ate a regular pizza loved it too.
Beautiful experience also gluten and corn free in this restaurant surrounded by the greenery of the Berlere and the vines. Super friendly staff in recommending gluten and corn free bread and dessert. As a dish we ate the risotto with cream of peas and squid and bacon, very good. My partner had the tart.
We have been going for years for my wife who has celiac disease and is very delicate... very knowledgeable and competent and always with an eye on the little ones!
Experience to do if you are in Val di Fiemme! Refined burgers, attention to quality and taste.
Also suitable for celiacs, who finally find the same things as others, and availability of choice also for vegetarian and vegan diets.
Compliments! I went to this pizza restaurant for my friend's birthday and we received divine treatment. The waiters were very thoughtful, first of all they decorated the table with rose petals and two roses in vases. The waiter himself asked us if we wanted a photo together and he made a lot of effort, he even put the rose in the foreground to create a more personal effect. The service is fast and, even though we were more than 10 people and had ordered both pizzas and first courses, they brought the courses all together and this denotes excellent organization in the kitchen. The environment is well looked after and elegant, everything is very clean and the colors convey tranquility and joy. I ordered a gluten-free pizza, the birthday girl specified this feature in advance so I recommend booking and notifying people with celiac disease, but they always have dishes available. The pizza is not among the best I've eaten, but it was still good so I recommend it. Definitely get the baked potatoes, they are delicious
Delicious "out of place" pizza! We tried the sausage and friarelli, carbonara, capricciosa and a gluten-free one which my friend considered Divine. Fair price, quick service and trained waiters left us with a good Neapolitan-Adige memory!
A place with typical Ladin cuisine that is absolutely worth trying! Refined dishes with refined flavors (despite the dishes being traditional ones), studied down to the smallest detail with particular attention also for those who are vegetarian/vegan or celiac (with dedicated dishes, which is by no means a given!). A special mention to the desserts which are spectacular (exquisite kaiserschmarren!) as is the house herbal amaro. Optimal!
The furnishings are also warm and welcoming. It's like being inside a wedding favor! Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended!!!
I have celiac disease, as soon as I arrived they gave me packaged gluten-free bread, not bad, very good typical food; the only thing that didn't drive us crazy was the carbonara with cream and speck. For the rest excellent quality/price
Super delicious ice cream. There were even gluten free waffles and the nice gentleman at the checkout cleaned his hands and used a different spoon to avoid contamination.
They also have a lactose-free dark chocolate variety.
We had a really good time: we came across it by chance, a friendly and family welcome, delicious gluten-free pizza and very good dishes, an evening dedicated to board games with the Magico Camillo group who entertained adults and children by sitting at the tables and livening up the evening (only to those who wanted to play, in a very natural way and without ever being intrusive), luckily we saved room for dessert: truly delicious!
We will definitely return to this little village, just to end up here again!

Popular restaurant with a chance to not be able to get a table without booking. Gluten free options (pasta, pizza) available, they even bring gluten free snacks. Gluten free pizza was delicious!
Excellent restaurant on Lake Smeraldo...Delicious pizzas also gluten-free, attentive and helpful staff, fast service!!!We stopped after the excursion to Rio Sass, taking a beautiful and short route to reach the lake!!!If you are near Fondo, I recommend it!!!
What a great restaurant this is! We ate here three evenings and I was able to eat something different gluten-free for each evening. Every time you order, they first ask the kitchen whether it can be made gluten-free, which provides an extra feeling of control. I've eaten gluten-free pizza, gluten-free pasta and a gluten-free hamburger. Really enjoy it, I recommend this place to everyone, even if you don't have to eat gluten-free!
