Being from the province of Brindisi, the fabulous Cisternino, I found the only place, the box office, to be able to taste the gluten free panzerotto, same fragrance and authenticity as the normal one, excellent!! I forgot I discovered 7 years ago that I have celiac disease

You'll be returning daily for the top-notch bakery treats—from the pasticciotto to the focaccia—cooked up by the amiable owner.
The focaccia here is the real thing. I never thought I’d taste something so good that fit my celiac diet again. I nearly cried with joy. These people should be celebrated worldwide.
Via Guglielmo Marconi, 36, Mesagne, Italy
We ate pizza and dessert. Well digestible dough, you can also choose charcoal. Excellent variety of pizzas, for all tastes. I chose Molisana. Excellent caramelized creme brulee at the table. Right price. Gluten-free choice even in the pizzas. The photos....I was too hungry, it will be for next time

Restaurant in the center of the city centre, kind and polite staff, excellent food, even gluten-free
Via Pastrengo, 29, San Donaci, Italy
The place identified via the AIC app turned out to be a very pleasant surprise thanks to the hospitality of the managers and the competence of the service provided. The quality of the gluten-free pizza is excellent. The pizza dough with conventional flours is superb. Special mention also to the dessert: almond and fig spumone. Not to be missed.
Via S. Francesco, 5, Brindisi, Italy
Super kind owners, very high quality food, professionalism and accuracy in respecting intolerances, with a rich selection of dedicated dishes (even homemade gluten-free orecchiette!). Unique experience!
