From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the owner, who was not only kind but also clearly passionate about the art of making gelato and granita. The atmosphere was inviting, and the array of flavors on display was simply mesmerizing. I had the pleasure of trying the Limone More Menta, a lemon, blackberry, and mint granita that was nothing short of incredible. The balance of flavors was perfect—refreshing, tangy, and bursting with freshness. I also indulged in the Spirit of Sicily, a citrus-flavored delight that captured the essence of the Mediterranean with every bite. My friend sampled several gelato flavors, each one better than the last. The texture was creamy, and the flavors were vibrant and authentic, making it hard to choose a favorite. Definitely try the Ricotta and Pistachio! Carabè is more than just a gelateria—it's an experience. The quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every scoop is evident, making it stand out as one of the best in Florence. Whether you're a local or a tourist, don't miss out on this hidden gem. Also, if you are gluten-free, vegan, or have other dietary restrictions, there are many options for you here!
