Very nice place in the center of Montecatini but the difference is made by the food and the staff. I have rarely found such a kind willingness to accommodate my (alas) needs due to food intolerances. Thank you with all my heart. Excellent gluten-free pizza! Attentive, kind, smiling and very patient staff. Compliments. Good food can be found in many places but, personally, I only go back where I feel welcome... Like at Centrale. Well done!
Everything super good and appetizing! I was initially a little reluctant to talk about 'fried'... but instead I had to change my mind because the TASCA wasn't oily at all, it even looked like it was made in the oven even though it wasn't! We took the Combo menu so we also ate the churros which were devastating! All strictly GLUTEN FREE, welcoming and friendly owner. We will definitely be back!
We went last night with a group of friends. We had a great time and they also have gluten free options but I recommend you call to let them know. Everything was delicious and for this reason we will definitely be back!
