Experience to repeat. First of all, highlight the service, all the staff are very friendly and attentive. 4 of us went to eat. Of which 1 is celiac and another is lactose and gluten intolerant. They were very attentive and careful at all times. They recommended and advised us according to our possibilities and also offered us the possibility of modifying the dishes to expand our possibilities. They made sure that the products they used were safe for us to consume and took all possible measures to avoid cross contamination. Without a doubt a place to which we will return without a doubt. Thank you very much for everything.

Perfect for celiacs. Five of us were in December at La parra Bistro. We were looking for options for celiacs and both the waitress and the cook made sure everything was perfect at all times and knew what they were talking about. One hundred percent reliable. The food was fantastic for the celiac person and we were sad not to be able to finish it all since it was so good. We will definitely return for sure on our next visit to Laredo.

I recommend the restaurant, the staff was very attentive and willing throughout the night. They have gluten free options. I am celiac and at all times they told me what I could eat and what I couldn't, and they even adapted some of the portions so that I could eat them. If you notify in advance, they may even have gluten-free bread available. Regarding the food, we ordered the menu for two, which is very complete and, as the waiter commented, it is very good in relation to "quantity-quality-price." Of course, be careful with the shrimp that entertain :) Recommendable!!!
