While the whole idea of cooking your beef to taste on a portable live fire gas stove is totally baller, I found the meat itself a bit simple. Hence my victim of choice was the lamb, which had been cooked to a point of wonderfully supple brittleness and seasoned to beautiful perfection. Speaking of meat - if you're vegan or otherwise squeamish then you might wish to steer clear of this place. On the other hand, if you enjoy a carnivorous stint, then The Kitchen is a great start, and in case you're celiac, this might actually be one of a couple of completely safe places in town, where you don't have worry about stuff like accidental gluten contamination. Oh yeah, and the virgin mojitos are sick! I got the blue one and it was on the sweet side, but with a little help of a French dictionary you'll find what suits you best in no time.
