Great food and service. Lots of variety and buffet selections changes daily. My personal favorite is the cooking station where chefs prepare cook to order food. Also the mashed potatoes are exceptional. My wife has a gluten free diet and the staff took excellent care of her. An excellent concept. Food quality is great and portions generous. By far the best item I tried was the PH burger which is easily as good/better than any top burgers I’ve ever eaten. The food is fresh and calorie heavy which is what you’d expect. I’d like to give a shoutout to manager Shan and Boomie who took the time to explain the menu and ingredients.
