The food was nice, the gammon a little tough, but that's not uncommon with gammon. The place itself is nice and well spread out. They were really good for gluten free, had a separate menu and separate fryers for the chips.
What made the experience even better was our server, a lovely man called Peter (I believe). He was great- friendly, helpful and funny. Love that guy, thank you for the warm service Peter.
Travelling south from Edinburgh we like to get away from the motorway and service stations. Popped in for lunch and would most certainly come again. Utterly amazing gluten free toastie and a delicious chai latte warm with cinnamon. Service was great, and all the staff were super friendly. Shame I didn't have space for the gf millionaire cake!
Been a couple of decades since I'd last been and it's changed a bit inside since then but still nice decor. We went for an anniversary meal and the team were very accommodating when some of us were delayed. Food was delicious and service excellent. The gluten free pastry for pies was especially appreciated.
