When we walked in, there was a sign that said please wait to be seated. There was nobody around. We saw one man on his phone and laptop. He never looked up to say hello or sorry or be with you in one minute. He just stayed on his phone and never looked up. We waited about 10 minutes with nobody greeting us. I walked around to look for other staff member since he obviously couldn't care less about customers. I found the chef in the kitchen and asked does anyone work here, he said yes, him, oh but he's on the phone, so we waited another 5 minutes and another couple walked in and they too were shocked that nobody was there to greet us. Once he got off the phone he finally seated us and he was pleasant. I think someone needs to teach him a thing or two about customer service. We just ordered a burger and I ordered mine without bread because I'm allergic to gluten. I must say the burgers were absolutely delicious! My compliments to the chef! We have had burgers from Netherlands, Brussels and now here in Queen's Head in the UK and it tasted amazing! The fries were great too, very fresh and crispy on the outside.

We used Rialto for catering on set as we were shooting a film in Dorking. The food, service and communication was amazing! They catered for all our dietary requirements including vegan, veggie, gluten free and other allergies. Couldn't recommend them enough! We had a very happy crew post lunch :)

Had a cracking gluten free, goats cheese, rocket, chili jam and (paid extra for) smoked trout. It was absolutely gorgeous, honestly, one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Chef came to speak to me to ask exactly what I wanted. I even bought a jar of the jam! A small place so limited seats!

My husband and I visited for lunch. The interior design and atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the taste of the food, were truly amazing, and I'm glad I went there. The overall taste of the dishes was very strong, and some felt a little salty, but it varies from person to person. The person in charge of our table was very polite. However, even though he was wearing a mask, he spoke a little too quickly, so it was difficult to understand his explanations and questions, making it difficult to communicate. Personally, I was concerned about the uncomfortableness of the sofa seats and the plates on which the food was served. Although the food itself was beautiful, I thought the presentation of the plates was a little boring, with all the plates being round and white. I then sat on the sofa seat on the upper floor, but as a small woman, the height of the table did not balance me well when I sat on the sofa, so it was a bit tiring for me. I think some people like the sofa seats, so I think this is also a preference. All of the dishes were beautiful, with flavors from various countries on one plate, and I was especially impressed by the main meat dishes and desserts. It was interesting to see how they actively incorporated Japanese seasonings. The course can be made gluten-free, but the bread on the side was replaced with rice crackers. I had told them the day before that one serving would be gluten-free, so I was happy that they were able to prepare gluten-free bread for me.
