This is by far the best fish and chip shop around Herne Bay. The Gluten free fish and Chios are just incredible. Every time we’ve had a delivery it’s been piping hot, crispy and not at all oily. I would highly recommend them

We went to Miller and Carter Herne Bay today for our anniversary meal. We were served by a very bubbly, professional and smiley young lady called Riley, Riley is definitely an asset to the establishment. She was so helpful regarding the gluten free food, and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food and service was excellent as was the surroundings. We shall definitely be returning to Miller and Carter Herne Bay in the near future.

Family dinner for 4 including 2 children, my son is Coeliac and they had recommendations for him which was great. We had the chicken shish & adana lamb dishes- generous portions, juicy meat and both salad & rice for mine plus freshly baked pita for my husband. We all loved our food! I had the kadayifi for dessert which was delicious and highly recommended, finished off by complimentary Turkish delights for all with our bill. We don’t live near but would love to return on our next seaside visit to Herne Bay, this is a great local restaurant to have in your town.
