Developing an allergic reaction to wheat and gluten in later life (and 2 weeks before my birthday) was a complete shock!! Having adhd I’m not great with change so immediately assumed I would never have a cake for my birthday ever again!! Then I found Nancy and Motley Bakes. Both birthday cakes I have had have been delicious, beautifully decorated with talent and care and best of all they are gluten free. Also you don’t have to get a bank loan to pay for the cake, unlike others, Nancy doesn’t cash in on peoples allergies and lifestyle choices. Nancy is kind, professional, understanding and incredibly talented. Thank you Nancy.

Like being transported to a different time and place! Hawaii beach vibe in the 90's... incredible place with delicious, tasty food. Love the art and decor. We went Luton especially to go to Monstera and we're so glad we did. As gluten free vegans it's very difficult to find places that cater to us but this caf had options 🙌🏻

I suffer with Coeliac and have to be very cautious when eating out.Due to ALOT of bad experiences I tend to avoid eating out but this was a big family meal. On arrival I spoke to Cora and informed her I had Coeliac. She took this very serious and made sure that all my food was properly prepared and nothing was too much. She was friendly and made my experience great as most of the time my condition is not taken seriously in restaurants which results in me having to be admitted into hospital. Cora was AMAZING if there were more people like her working in restaurants I would not be scared to eat out.

This another visit to Papa’j’s I missed grilled salmon and Cod Fish from the menu. Excellent food and great service! Menu has many allergens listed, which was handy as someone with celiac. Great elegant atmosphere so quick response by staff fast deliver food
