OMG! Best gluten free restaurant in southern AZ. Best tomato soup , best turkey, best lemonade and GF desserts. Just wish they had a place in Tucson. It takes me 2 hours to get there. But totally worth it.

5 all the way around. Came in on a Saturday morning at about 8:30 and got seated right away. The atmosphere is awesome, service excellent, and food arrived quickly. I got the Wingdinger with crispy hash browns and it was excellent. The only thing that would make it better would be to add diced sausage and crumpled bacon! Even had gluten free options for my Celiac wife!

Thuy's has excellent food with a few gluten free options. The staff are responsive and quick and helpful The outdoor area is very nice

Absolutely enjoyed our meal there today. Staff was friendly and attentive and food tasted absolutely delicious and clean. Great menu choices and gluten free clearly noted on menu, win! Food was reasonably priced, we both enjoyed the brunch menu. I'm gluten-free and appreciated the GF options. I wouldn't recommend for celiac or allergies. I'm just sensitive and even that is hard to accommodate sometimes. Beautiful and yummy food, unlimited coffee! I had an adult beverage and it was a good size and very tasty!

This place is amazing! Homemade and delicious food. I had the gluten free version of the chicken pot pie and my husband had the meatloaf sandwich and they were so good! Craft cocktails are awesome too. Staff is great too. Highly recommend this place!

Friendly, personable owners with high quality food. I ordered the penne pesto pasta and loved it! Al dente pasta with great pesto and tofu. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu with gluten-free substitutes. This will be our new go-to restaurant anytime we’re in Bisbee!

Patisserie Jacque of Bisbee is a rare gem—and a delicious one at that. A James Beard Semi-Finalist, this spot lives up to the hype and then some. We were lucky enough to score some of their stunning creations in person (despite skipping the recommended online pre-order—worth the gamble!). Our group sampled a Cherry Berry Tart, the beautifully bright Sunny Disposition Tart, and a petite but powerful gluten-free passion fruit cheesecake. Each one was an edible masterpiece—gorgeously crafted and bursting with flavor. These are pastries that taste just as divine as they look. Yes, there may be a short wait—but when the payoff is world-class pastry perfection, it’s a no-brainer. Don’t miss the chance to indulge. This is Bisbee bliss at its most refined.
