We had a fantastic meal here. The gluten free waffles with strawberries was fantastic!!! We also shared a piggie omelette that reminded us of pizza!!! So good!

This is a unique Pizzaria with an intimate, ecclectic and wordly vibe. The sauce is perfectly balanced, the base to acidic ratio has been expertly learned! There are no additives, chemicals or fillers in this pizza. The pizza is cooked in a +800° oven and can be made in 90 SECONDS (no joke!)
Maybe a handful in the world have spent the time to study with the best, purchase the finest imported cheese and other ingredients from Italy, and are willing to give their dough 3 days to ferment! It helps your body digest or metabolize the gluten and avoid or acid reflux...

Decent breakfast spot. Very loud. Long wait on the weekend unless you get there early. For whatever reason they do not know how to properly cook potatoes or toast bread. If you want your potatoes cooked or your bread properly toasted you must ask for it “well done” or “extra crispy”. They do have vegan and gluten free options and a seasonal menu that changes.
