Pretty place, convenient location, crappy food, so-so customer service. Worst Cobb salad I think I’ve ever had that I paid 20 DOLLARS FOR. the chicken was like chewing on an old leather shoe. I put soy and gluten allergy, and paid extra for gluten free bread. Instead of letting me know an alternative for the dressing that had soy (like olive oil and vinegar, or some other subsitute) they just didn’t include any dressing. And they forgot the bread. And there was no knife in the bag. One of the employees didn’t know where utensils were. I won’t be back.

Very quick and attentive customer service from the guy at the register running the place, looks like he runs a tight ship. I accidentally ordered a regular online and he had them cook up a gluten free while I waited.

The perfect pound cake is a MUST visit place for any pound cake or sweets lover. BEST pound cake you will ever have. AND.....Every flavor can by gluten free. Can even do pound cups like cupcakes. Just moved to CT and was looking for a quiet Asian fusion restaurant. Ginger Root was perfect. I have to do gluten free and so Asian is always a good choice. The server was attentive and friendly. Portions were larger than expected. And loved the food. Overall five stars all around!
