Dinner was delicious. Gluten free salmon for me, cooked just right, fresh mashed potatoes, veggies still with a nice crunch in them. Excellent house wine at a very good price. Lindsay was my thoughtful and friendly waitress. A relaxed and enjoyable evening was had.

Very quick and attentive customer service from the guy at the register running the place, looks like he runs a tight ship. I accidentally ordered a regular online and he had them cook up a gluten free while I waited.

The perfect pound cake is a MUST visit place for any pound cake or sweets lover. BEST pound cake you will ever have. AND.....Every flavor can by gluten free. Can even do pound cups like cupcakes. Disappointed in this location. Farmington & Plainville have the most amazing staff and inclusive environment. This location does little to accommodate gluten sensitivities besides offer bread for the sandwiches and blames it on the kitchen for not making anything else as well as say the other locations outsource their GF options. Also they wouldn’t honor the teachers discount and blamed that on both Rebel Dog’s owner saying it’s not allowed as well as also saying they will only honor Goodwins college staff. Lastly while waiting for my coffee which was delicious, the counter staff talked about other staff and were making comments about customers. I won’t go to this one again but highly recommend both other locations wholeheartedly.

Just moved to CT and was looking for a quiet Asian fusion restaurant. Ginger Root was perfect. I have to do gluten free and so Asian is always a good choice. The server was attentive and friendly. Portions were larger than expected. And loved the food. Overall five stars all around!
Food is fantastic and the prices are great. Gluten free friendly. The parking lot is tiny, awkward, and a general mess. Getting in and out, especially when busy, is a nightmare.
Helped me get gluten free vegetarian pho. Replaced the milk with fresh coconut milk in my bubble tea. So attentive and sweet. I’ve had so much pho and this is top notch
