Wow! A Celiac's dream! Delicious gluten free baked goods plus an entire cooler stocked with things to go. I haven't eaten a cinnamon bun since being diagnosed with my gluten free allergy 6 years ago - and it was so good it nearly brought a tear to my eyes! Also, one of the best gluten free cupcakes I've ever had. I had a sandwich on a gluten free wrap and the wrap was pretty good as far as gluten free wraps go. Generous portions, delicious salads, this is a place I'll return to over and over again.
Best pizza around, if I could give 10 stars I would! We’ve tried tons of pizza places in and around Ellington and Cooley’s Kitchen is hands down one of the best. My husband has celiac disease so it’s always a struggle to find restaurants that he can eat at that aren’t chain restaurants with subpar food. We were ecstatic to find this gem nearby! They offer a good selection of gluten free pizza and other menu items which you often can’t find around here.
Quick take out pizza, and it may be the best in town. I got gluten free for my wife with red pepper, hamburger, and spinach and it was fantastic, especially for gluten free!

I used to work in a pizza place just like that when I was young. Boy did those memories come back. I loved the smell of the place, the pizza cooking, olive oil, garlic and all of that combined reminded me of the place where I used to work. I was very surprised how good the food was. I eat gluten free because I have to and the pizza was really good and the salad was fresh. I was very impressed and will go back.
Love this place, food is great and reasonably priced. Lots of.classic and originally inspired dishes. Only thing I would want to see improved is labeling on the menu of what the gluten free options are to help make more informed selections when ordering. Will totally eat here again, the food is amazing
