I hosted a 'going away' gathering here for some colleagues. The space is perfect, and Brian had Lisa and Bella reserve some tables for us. Lisa could not have been nicer or more attentive. She suggested some easy apps to share for the table, she also pointed out some Happy Hour apps that I didn't notice! This is the first time a server has done that! Very conscientious ! She was right there whenever I wanted to order more appetizers as folks filed in. And Bella was a terrific and attentive bartender. Quite a combo Lisa and Bella! The food was excellent, we had about 20 of the little sliders, irresistible, and the quesadilla, fabulous and cooked perfectly... add mozzarella sticks and crab dip with those delicious pretzels for dipping and it was a hit with my team! Delicious! She also came through with an extensive Gluten Free menu!!

The Atmosphere is a little out of their control as it is in the DE-CO space. The table setup is like an old-school cafeteria, which felt welcoming, just could have been a little cleaner at the time. Again, not their fault. :)

Simply the best Thai food in the tri-state area. Their Massaman Curry is amazing, and I eat there at least once a week for lunch. Prices are very good for the quantity and quality. Service is always with a smile. Go a few times, and they will treat you like family. The ability to change the spiciness of every menu item allows a variation of your favorite dish from week to week. Be cautious, as Thai hot can be exceedingly spicy, depending on the type of peppers they use. Unlike other restaurants, spiciness does not cover up the flavor, but enhances it. I highly recommend Soybean to anyone looking for a delicious Thai meal. In addition, they do very well with food allergies, especially gluten.
