A place that is safe for celiacs and Gluten free people! My fiancée is GF and dairy free by allergy not choice. Talked with the chef at the food and wine festival to find out not only do they have options, but they make their own GF lasagna noodle in house. And the GF bread is to die for. They label everything with a stick if it is special dietary. Thank you for brining some normalcy to eating out!
I found this restaurant on find me gluten free because I was looking for something my mom could eat and enjoy. I ordered the Thai Stir Fry bowl with Salmon. It has Caulirice with a stir fry mix of red cabbage, carrots, broccoli, red peppers + scallions and topped with Sesame Ginger sauce. My mom had the charcuterie board and their pancakes. The food and atmosphere was wonderful and we will definitely be back to sample several other menu items they have.
The food here is amazing! We stopped while traveling back up North after seeing some glowing reviews for their gluten free menu. It's always a struggle to find a place so accommodating while road tripping. My husband said the GF pizza was some of the best he's had. I was won over by the fact they do half & half pizza. I also saw great reviews for the garlic knots and WOW. Little clouds of heaven. My daughter just woke up from a nap and she was cranky... they brought her a pizza dough to make her own pizza, I've never seen that before. It cheered her right up, and when she dropped it on the floor by accident they kindly brought her a new one. Great service to boot! This will be a regular stop for us.

I’d heard rumors that their coffee was amazing, and I can now officially confirm—it’s that good! ☕😍 But the biggest surprise? Their gluten-free muffins and cakes! 🎂🧁 Finding great gluten-free treats is so hard, so this felt like such a special treat for me and my family.
Beyond the delicious drinks and treats, the people here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. 💛 If you haven’t been yet, you need to check it out!

I hate to leave this review but it’s been getting to me and I’m not sure how I feel about continuing to eat here. I visit often for the gluten free baked goods & latte- but the baked goods are the star of the show for me. They have such incredible muffins that always taste fresh & they usually have fun flavors like chai and seasonal options like lavender or pumpkin. I have been coming here for at least 5 years.
I usually go through the drive thru but it can get backed up so i went inside on my last visit. I admit I’m not a fan of ordering inside here as the service always makes me feel like I’m a bit of an annoyance by ordering? It’s an odd clique vibe. But eveyone at the window is super friendly every time. Regardless of friendliness - the last visit was jarring when we’d taken our muffins out to the car and I opened the box and realized they’d given us the wrong thing. When we took the muffin back in, it was quickly swapped for the correct one. But the other muffin was put right back in the pile with the rest. After it had left the cafe and been taken to my car. How do they know I didn’t lick it? (I didn’t) & How do they know it didn’t become contaminated? I’ve worked as a barista and that’s always been a huge no-no.
I fully understand & respect the need to preserve inventory but surely this isn’t so common an occurrence that the muffin couldn’t have just gone to someone on staff as a snack?
I’m not giving anything less than 4 stars as I know this isn’t typical, or I really hope not, but I can’t say I’ve felt very comfortable going back.
They were very considerate of my gluten allergy and I had no reactions to their food! They have baked chips that are gluten free if you ask and they have a gluten free menu as well. I got the beef Enchiladas and it was sooo good! The waiter was still in training but was very very good. Definitely will be back!
10 out of 10... the service was great and the menu option is wide ranged but not overwhelming. I love the vast option of protein including local grass fed beef, Angus beef, fried/grilled chicken, salmon, turkey and a host of vegan options. They offer white, wheat, Texas toast, ciabatta and gluten free bread. The fries are similar to five guys and they use a sort of pink Himalayan salt for the fries. Most menu items do not come with fries, you either have to order single or a shareable basket. The fried chicken sandwich is huge
The salmon burger is hand pressed and delish. The grass feed beef taste great as well. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The staff was very nice and patient. They answered all questions we had since it was our first time and even gave suggestions. I will visit again and support this restaurant. They have outdoor and indoor seating and even have a few televisions. The location isn't that easy to find but do not let that stop you from visiting this location. Good for family, single or work lunch. Salad menu comes already made or build your own too. I think they also have lamb as an option.
It was sooo good I did not take pictures!!!!
I recently ordered takeout from Melow Mushroom on Powers Ferry Rd one evening, and despite the pizza being on the expensive side, it turned out to be one of the best pizzas I've had in Atlanta.
We decided to build our own pizzas, and I have to say, they were absolutely worth it. One of the pizzas was gluten-free with a gluten-free crust, and it was delicious! I wasn't expecting much, especially since the prices seemed a bit high, but it was totally worth every penny. We can't wait to go back for more.
I highly recommend building your own pizza because you can create some amazing combinations. For the gluten-free pizza, I chose a pesto base with tomatoes, basil, and chicken, and it was incredible—honestly, it was even better than the other pizza we ordered with a regular base, pepperoni, and various vegetables.
Although we haven't had the chance to dine in at the restaurant, I 100% recommend ordering from Melow Mushroom. If you're in the mood for a great pizza, don't hesitate to try it!
Great food and great service!! Perfect place for lunch meetings, the menu offers something for everyone including non-seafood options. The server was very nice, and the drinks were always filled. Food was great in the atmosphere is very pleasant.
They also offer a gluten-free menu .
Great family restaurant with a great location and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the square. Pizza is very good and they have a surprisingly good gluten free option for those who need it. Greek salad is also great.
What an incredible gem nestled in the heart of Marietta! This restaurant truly stands out for its exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.
First and foremost, they offer a dedicated gluten-free menu and take food allergies very seriously. For anyone with dietary restrictions or concerns, this establishment goes above and beyond to create a safe and accommodating dining experience. It’s clear that they prioritize their guests’ well-being, which is both comforting and impressive.
The service has been consistently outstanding across my visits. I’ve dined here four times, each with a different server, and every single one provided attentive, friendly, and professional service. It’s rare to find such consistency in hospitality, and it’s a testament to the quality of their team.
As for the food, it’s nothing short of amazing! Pictured here is the waffle board from their brunch menu, and it’s absolutely fantastic—a perfect combination of presentation and flavor that makes for a memorable dining experience.
If you’re looking for a place that combines delicious food, thoughtful accommodations for dietary needs, and excellent service, this spot is an absolute must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Celiacs beware!! I visited this restaurant for the first time last Friday in the hopes of enjoying some yummy GF pasta. I'm allergic to both wheat and gluten so I don't eat pasta often, however I saw signage on store front offering Gluten Free options - excited to try it out I went inside and spoke with someone in food prep. I asked the young woman preparing my food what they use in their GF noodles (rice, corn, garbanzo, etc.) and she did not know nor did she care to find out. Against my better judgement, I still proceeded to order because frankly I was hungry. Once my order was ready, I asked the person in food prep again, (just to be sure) that my order was in fact GF. She replied that it was and how she made sure to use the GF noodles for my meal. Unfortunately, it was not GF, and I was sick most of the night (I ate dinner around 4pm that day). I will never return to this restaurant and I would strongly advise other Celiacs to stay away.
I love coming here on my days off. The baristas are nice and welcoming. The coffee is a comfort and so are the couches on the stage. My only take away is they need more gluten free options 😁
My sisters, daughter, and I love House of Lu. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, as we have dairy and gluten allergies. The food and atmosphere is wonderful. I would highly recommend the Pho and spring rolls!!
I have celiac disease so it’s hard for me to eat at a lot of places without asking a ton of questions. Spoke to who I think may have been the manager and he assured me they handle many customers with celiac. He said they have a separate fryer for starch only foods. He did say he has to disclose “dust” could drop into the starch only fryer but that no one has ever had an issue with it. I was able to order nachos with chicken and queso cheese. Chips were in the starch fryer, chicken was done on the grill with salt and pepper only (did not add taco seasoning and no gluten on the meat grill), and he showed me the ingredients to the queso. All around an awesome experience and super helpful! I did not get sick and was so appreciative of him answering my questions so thoroughly!
The staff is awesome with food allergies. And they have a certified Gluten Free kitchen! A godsend for all celiacs out there. Thank you thank you thank you.
I have a gluten sensitivity and loved my gluten free cupcake! And to make it better, Callan was great at helping me choose what I wanted and was so polite! Will definitely be back again!!
Enjoyable. Really attentive server, considerate of my wife's gluten allergy. Booths are way too tiny for a person of size. Opt for a table. Sushi was good. Oh, if you use the gf menu and order salmon bok choy, ask for rice bc it doesn't come with it. Recommended.
Very , very small $45 dollar pizza , like a personal pan Liza. 10”? Lady says “it’s because you ordered gluten free”. Like I’m supposed to know what GF means on Uber Eats? This is the most simple, tiny pizza that is tiny at $45 dollars I could have gotten a far better dinner. Way way way overpriced .
This was our second time but with reservations. We were excited to go for our wedding anniversary and sit upstairs in the “reserved” area. I had put it was our anniversary in the open table reservation and asked for booth or a private table. The first time we went our server was fantastic, asked about allergies (I have gluten and egg), explained the menu in detail, answered questions, let us know about steak cuts, and drinks. 10/10. We were very excited to drive across town and even skipped our normal anniversary spot for this one. However, as soon as this server showed up the vibe was off. We didn’t get a happy anniversary card like everyone else that night. We were treated like we didn’t belong by our server. I am an observer, and the way other tables were treated around us by the same server was completely different. He was friendly, open, talkative, interactive with every other table. Again, with us it was like we were a problem and didn’t belong. It was extremely loud, we could barely hear each other. The tables were almost on top of each other. I would have rather been downstairs at a booth like I had requested. My husband’s drink was wrong, he wanted the regular old fashioned but he got the smoked one which he does not like. The server didn’t try to explain the drinks to us. We were brought a free dessert but unfortunately since no one asked about my allergies, I couldn’t eat it. My husband came specifically for the bread pudding, which he enjoyed. We will not be coming back. It was a miserable experience for a wedding anniversary dinner and if someone is looking for a romantic, swanky, classy, upscale ambiance this is not it. I wish we had our first server.
Wow! This place really knocked it out of the park. I nearly cried with how good the tom kha was. The pad see ew was delicious! The whole menu is labeled with vegan and gluten-free options. My partner, who is celiac, had pad thai for the first time in years. We are so excited that they are so close to us. Can't wait to come back.
Tiramisu coffee and Huevos Olé were fantastic!! And our waitress was extremely polite and attentive. Gluten free bread was a little over toasted/served sans butter and the gouda grits were low on salt but otherwise a nice breakfast spot. We're sure to revisit.
Always a good experience here. We can come with confidence we can have nice gluten free and regular options. They have gluten free bread, so you can order the things you like with gluten free bread. Just ask for it.
Sweetest place in our amazing neighborhood! Always welcoming and always FUN! My 12 grandkids love that they have King of Pops, the best gluten-free brownies, and you can come as you are!! I love the pimento cheese and chicken salad!
Only 3 stars because they got rid of all gluten free items. And no dairy free items; not even grilled chicken is dairy free, nor hamburger bun. so my daughter and her family had to settle for hamburger patties and french fries. Need to have more allergy friendly items again, please. They didn't have mashed potatoes anymore and some menu items were out, ie fried okra and coleslaw. Somewhat disappointed.
After reading owner's response:
I don't think I was rude to staff or owner. I apologize if I was.
My daughter had chosen Basecamp specifically because there had been a GF/ allergen identified menu; but to our surprise and disappointment was no longer. Simply asking questions and giving feedback as a long time patron, you'd think would hopefully help restaurant gain and maintain a wide customer base. That Base is much narrower if options are so limited.
This restaurant is wonderful, the owners are so nice and rhetorical food is delicious every time. I do takeout and they are excellent with food allergies, specifically gluten free and peanut. I can’t recommend this food and this restaurant enough. Give them a try for sure!
This place has been here forever! Authentic Mexican with friendly servers. The food is always good and they have corn tortillas and chips for those of us who are gluten free!
This site is incredible. The cuisine is outstanding, and the service is prompt and kind. Everything has to be gluten-free because my wife has Celiac Disease. They made her feel at ease and offered her some delectable options. Along with the Moros and Yuca con Mojo sides, we ordered the Palomilla Steak and the Lomo de Puerco. It was scrumptious. They also had Malta India, which is difficult to obtain in Atlanta if you're Puerto Rican. We'll continue visiting Cuban Diner and recommending it to our friends.
This place knocks it out of the park. My girlfriend made the recommendation and she is so amazing. We took my parents and they had a blast. They even paid the bill! It's perfect for gluten free candida free diet. The servers were awesome. Fantastic experience. They leave a dish for the kitchen ghost as well. _ Prophet KW
We always enjoy IHOP. With their gluten free options now, it's easier to go out with our little one. The servers are so friendly and patient. Thank you
