Finding Specially Made took all those worries away! Ally was amazing to work with from the start. We were able to set up a cake tasting, and she has lots of yummy flavor combinations to choose from. It’s a yes/no… if you are gluten free (like myself) your options will be limited. The waitstaff… can be a hit or miss. I highly recommend the shrimp fried rice (request for the shrimp to be grilled for GF) or the skirt steak dish. Both are delicious and consistent. If you want a strong but yummy sophisticated sparkling drink with a hint of citrus … search no more! Order “The Great Gatsby” and I promise it is the perfect cocktail.

This was the third restaurant I went into in Rochester, as there seemed to be little understanding about gluten-free options at the first two...
The hostess knew exactly what I was asking and said they had rice noodles: I had the Tom Yum Soup with Rice Noodles and Beef. Perfectly spicy, delicious, and a portion large enough for two meals.

We recently found out the offer gluten free fried options. Since the only other place we were aware of that offered gluten free fried seafood was in Kittery ME we wanted to givebit a try. My wife is very gluten sensitive so she was very nervous. She got the 1/2 & 1/2 clam strips and haddock nuggets. She also got a side of onion rings. Since nothing is dedicated she was taking a huge risk. We are very excited to say, no gluten at all!! Finally, we have a local place to get fried seafood without having to take out a second mortgage and driving to another state! Thank you Jimmy Jones!!!!!
