I was so happy that they had a great Gluten Free option (hamburger bun and GF crust pizza!), so in eating my cheeseburger I felt nearly normal. I was with others who said their food was good, except for the coleslaw which was made from large, bitter chunks. The service was very good as well. The only major downside was that we had to continually shoo the flies away!

The Curbside Italian Kitchen provides authentic, delicious, amazing Italian food, made by even more amazing people, Pietro and Giulia. It is obvious they put their heart and soul into each and every dish they make, and that they put personal pride into using only the highest quality ingredients to create the best possible food. We had the pleasure of having them cater our wedding, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our decision. They were just an absolute pleasure to work with, and you could tell that they cared immensely about providing us, our family, and friends with a superb appetizer, dinner, and dessert service. They were very attentive as we worked together to build a really delicious menu, as well as options for vegetarians and gluten free folks. They prepared an Italian appetizer spread with freshly sliced cured meats and wonderful cheeses. The main course consisted of the most tasty lasagna we've ever had, or vegetarian and gluten free cannelloni with perfectly textured fresh noodles, as well as a burrata and tomato salad on the side. For dessert we had tiramisu and cannoli - both of which were mouth-wateringly wonderful. We heard from all of our guests afterwards that it was some of the best food they've had at weddings - and we could tell that they really meant it. In short - if you want traditional Italian food at your wedding (or really, anytime), look no further.

This is my favorite restaurant in Silverton. They have gluten free options for their burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas. They usually have a gf dessert on their special board, too. The gf buns isn't dry like most restaurants have, either, so it doesn't detract from the burger experience. I tried their burger, Santa Fe salad, and BLTA this weekend (it was so good, I went for 3 meals!). The marionberry habanero ketchup is AMAZING, and you can buy a bottle of it! Their tots are cooked just right. On the salad, it came with a side of their pico de gallo, which was really good, and sour cream. My only complaint was that these are not substitutes for salad dressing, but they really brought me out a side of ranch. The BLTA was also very good. They swapped the bread for a gf bun, I thought it was going to be sandwich bread, but it was fine. They don't skimp on the bacon, and it's cooked well, not sad and limp like lots of places. I wish I could visit more than once a year!

I love this place. They have lots of gluten free options. Our servers are always awesome. I just wish it didn't take an hour from ordering to food on the table. If it wasn't so delicious I wouldn't wait. Luckily they have board games to entertain the kids while we wait.
