We had 10 people for breakfast - the staff was fantastic, very accommodating. There were plenty of options for everyone including vegan & gluten free. We received our food timely, and it was delicious! No one had any complaints. The avocado toast and the arugula toast were favorites, as was the frittata. Coffee was great.

We love Peps! The food and drinks are always amazing, and the service and vibe are great. I have a gluten allergy (Celiac), and I’ve never had an issue. A few of our favorites are the Cherry Pepper Chicken, Scallops, Penne a la vodka and their Espresso martini’s are the best!

I greatly appreciate that they have some vegan and gluten free options. I also saw recently they are doing specials for “vegan” nights once in a while - a special vegan menu available. I really appreciate that. It gives you something to look forward to since there’s not many places that has a vegan food. Bring back the vegan taco pizza!!!! I’d pay $40 for it if I had too, just up the price on it if you need to - THAT PIZZA WAS TO DIE FOR. Thanks again for the vegan and gf options!! :)

Came as we were nearby for other activities. We love Mexican food, but really make choices of menus are labelled Gluten free. Fun atmosphere. Awesome looking outdoor patio. Variety of spaces to sit. Didn't have a rear arion, but able to get a sit quickly on a Sunday evening. Extremely fast service even with a decent amount of the restaurant occupied. Great drinks and the food was really tasty all around. Lillian was out server and had everything up and ready in no time. We don't go too far from home for a restaurant, but this might be an exception.

Great spot! I was pleasant surprised by this place. Very large drink menu with far more variety than your average coffee shop. Lots of tea options from boba to leaf teas to espresso tea mixes.
