Great for gluten free! Have a dedicated gluten free menu that outlines your options and what the substitutions are to make a menu item gluten free. For folks who can eat gluten (lucky ducks) the food looks amazing and my partner tells me the bread is amazing. Good food overall and great for special occasions snd visitors.
