The food tasted great and was priced reasonably. You can actually access the cafe without going through Fossil Rim Park. The inside of the cafe was very simple and we weren’t sure what to expect, but the views (in addition to the food) made it worthwhile. I eat gluten free and they offered an Udis bun and the fried my French fries in a separate fryer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place with great food and quirky humor in a historic building. The food is so well prepared and they are ready to modify (a.k.a. go bunless for gluten intolerant folk). We will be in a pickle if we are in Glen Rose and don't go to the Green Pickle!!! As their sign says, life is like a pickle... Relish it!
