I'm gluten intolerant so seeing Mac & cheese on the menu was super exciting. It was nice and creamy and the turkey avocado salad was yummy! The staff were all so sweet, made awesome recommendations, and made sure my allergies were known. 10 out of 10 recommend!

As someone with medical dietary restrictions that make me gluten free and dairy sensitive, it’s always a challenge to find a restaurant that is actually safe for me to eat at, and not to mention that has safe food that actually tastes good. However, Kin Dee has made our gluten free date night dinners both delicious and worry-free. I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and experiences we’ve had at Kin Dee and can’t wait to come back! The food we ordered was so good that I questioned if it was actually gluten and dairy free at first! My favorite dish that I ordered was the Panang curry with shrimp (GF & DF), which came with a delicious, mild coconut curry with white rice. My partner ordered the Kin Dee Pad Thai (DF), which came with traditional pad thai noodles, toppings, and peanut sauce which was all wrapped in a thai omelette. It’s rare to find establishments that take such care with food allergies and understand cross contamination/cross contact procedures, but Kin Dee is on top of it. Kin Dee’s servers were knowledgeable and helpful, plus their menu is already 99% dairy free with a large amount of gluten free options! Kin Dee will always be at the top of my gluten free restaurant recommendation list. I’ve been back many times with different people and every experience has been wonderful. I have to share for anyone who has a Gluten Allergy/Celiac. While the service was great and staff was friendly. The Gluten-free bread is super dry, and it's like the sandwich was all bread and not alot of "fillings". Taste was there but I hardly got any chicken in my sandwich. I was super bummed because I was craving a sandwich, and wanted to try something new. The GF bread really threw everything off. Plus it was like $20 for a sandwich. They do make the GF sandwiches separately from the non GF sandwiches.

Postino is such a great place to have happy hour with friends. Their patio is outfitted for the Houston weather, so you can enjoy the ambiance of The Heights year-round. Their wine selection is massive, and the servers always have great suggestions on which ones to get. They also have delicious charcuterie boards and appetizers. The bruschetta is a must, and there are gluten-free bread options for those of us with intolerances! Five stars!
