The quality and service are second to none. They get 11/10 on every dish and take their precautions seriously. Many dishes are naturally gluten free but they use the GF designation to be sure they are extra careful. Be mindful that the wait can be serious, they’re a small spot getting a lot of well deserved business. Pickup times can be an hour or so in the future. It’s worth every single minute.

First of all the menu offers Gluten free options toast, pancakes, and their in house blend is awesome!! I had the eggs , chicken sausage and GF toast. The eggs were scrambled perfectly and the chicken sausage was deliciously homemade. I love when my sausage has the crisp on the outside and the tender inside my sons ordered the simple crepes and pol canto omelette. They both said the pancakes and crepes were great, especially since the syrup is 100% Wisconsin Maple Syrup (no high-fructose corn syrup). Great place for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
