Great experience, the waitress Betty was a delight! She was very professional and kind. Had a gluten free fish and chips which was amazing and there were lots of other gluten free dishes available! Beautiful views and will definitely be back
I utterly enjoyed having stopped at this beautiful cafe for a quick bite. It was lovely, food was great and even had gluten free options for me. Very relaxing and enjoyable, would come back for the scones!
Having called in for coffee, shakshuka and gluten free sausage sandwich on our way over to Anglesey. We were compelled to call in again and enjoy the great atmosphere, superb service and food.
My husband had to go again for shakshuka, I tried the light breakfast and spiced chai with lactose free milk.

Food and service was excellent. Quite quick between courses but not pushed at all. Good selection of different meals with some vegetarian and gluten free options too.

What a great little find! Very quick and attentive service, good simple food (can recommend the minted lamb baguette), and right on the Dee with the sound of rushing water through the open windows.
Also had a wide variety of gluten free options for my Celiac wife. Thoroughly recommend.
If you are gluten free you must eat here. Food was great the size of the meal was great made you feel like you are normal.... Loved the toasties so filling and the coffee is great
Stopped off after a little walk around in the rain. Ordered the gluten free sandwich and soup and was pretty disappointed when it was half the portion size of the next table who ordered same thing! Unsure why this was and also came without crisps and coleslaw like advertised but pretty sure this was down to bread choice. Adding as a warning to those with intolerances that you might feel a bit short changed.
Staff were also loudly talking next door about some pretty strange things which was distracting.
Overall would recommend as food did taste nice but wasn’t the best experience for us personally.
One of the best places in Llangollen for gluten free cakes and savoury options. An honourable mention of the best matcha latte in the area too. The gluten free cakes are so delicious, I would recommend the apple pie! The service is fabulous and the outside decking area overlooking the river is not to be missed!
