We had a lovely few days here, we arrived at 6pm and our room was all clean and ready for us, the staff are very friendly and the food was excellent. I’m gluten free and there were plenty of options for my breakfast and evening meal. Great location for exploring Somerset. 😊

Absolutely LOVED this farm shop, definitely one of the highlights of the Somerset region. Fantastic selection of dietary accommodating gluten free pork sausages, and this was a big sell for me in particular, as my family can finally have farm-to-table meat products without sacrificing their health! Generally lovely ambience in the shop too. Thank you to Fraser as well for the recommendations; get over to Ruxstons as soon as for real quality!!!

Booked a table here for the first time and had excelllent service - catered to our gluten free/dairy free diet absolutely brilliantly. The manager went through the menu with us and pointed out all the meals and starters that could be adapted. The food was amazing and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

AVOID ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS We took my Coeliac daughter here to celebrate a family birthday. We went in the day before to make sure it was safe, then declared at point of order her dietary requirements and then double checked at point of delivery that the meal was gluten free to which we were assured it was as their was no market stating it was gluten free. When I saw my daughter eating an onion ring I double check with the staff that the meal was gluten free to find out it wasn't and then have her meal removed and told the manager will be over. Said manager continued to serve drinks even though he was told to speak to us and made us wait for approximately 10 minutes, when he did finally come he didn’t understand the seriousness of this and smirked… whilst given the refund he said they had this last week!!! My daughter ended up being taken to hospital due to the effects of their error
