I was so happy to see that Zeal is back! I wrote my first cookbook while working from Zeal, the first location. With Shine and Thymes gone, it’s so delightful to have a place with high-quality food that tastes good. Lots of gluten-free options and they are very accommodating if you have various food sensitivities.
Loved this place, went with a big group for brunch. They have a great bloody mary bar. Things I tried and really liked: chips & onion dip app, caesar salad, gluten free margarita pizza.
I also ordered the southwest omelet, which I wouldn't get again but wasn't bad. Really great experience and definitely recommend!
Just Be is one of my Go-Tos when I'm in the Denver and Boulder areas. The breakfast burrito is SO GOOD, I've never had such a wonderful GF tortilla.
It's a bit expensive for the quantity of food and I'd like to see more consistency for quantity per item ordered; the shepherd's pie is much smaller and less substantial than the burrito. The drinks are also very pricey. Don't get me wrong, I love a good turmeric latte with good, clean, ingredients, but I struggle with the $9 price tag.
I'll keep coming here! 1000%. I recommend you do, too. This is an awesome dedicated GF / Celiac safe restaurant.

The most amazing gluten free bread ever. My boyfriend is swedish and I have celiac disease, so Hävenly is one of our favorite places for baked goods. Tack så mycket för det goda brödet!
My girlfriend and I have been to Mason’s a lot, and one of their dishes used to be marked gluten free, but is not any more. My girlfriend is Celiac so even cross contamination makes her sick. The woman working the register was not clear with us if the dish was still Gluten Free, or needed to be modified to be Gluten Free, or if they could successfully do that.
I still got food, and we waited 45 minutes. I noticed many people after us had gotten their food, so I went to check only to find out the food has been done for 30 minutes and they never told us. When I asked about the order it was a bizarre experience and the same woman at the front acted very confused and annoyed that we didn’t have a number (tables are numbered, but we had a takeout order only under a name).
Overall very good food, but the service was horrible and my girlfriend no longer feels safe to eat there.
Hands down my favorite coffee in Boulder! Consistently excellent. Their offerings are delicious and unique, and their team is happy to answer questions or share their knowledge. No dumb questions! Hot drinks are served with sparkling water. A go-to spot to do some work or chat with friends. They have some limited seating inside (small tables, counter space) and a few tables outdoors as well. Only caveat is that it can get busy mid-morning, so might not be the best spot for a big group to hang. In general, a laid back yet bustling atmosphere, where there always seems to be community members connecting with each other. Pastries (gluten-free options) and breakfast burritos (meat and veggie options) too. Highly recommend!
